3. If you return any purchase to us within 14 days we will give you a FULL, no quibble, refund.

4. If you return an item to us for exchange all you have to do is pay for the item to be returned to us. We advise you send it 1st class post with the Royal Mail, and ask for a proof of postage - its about £4.19. We will send back the new size to you FREE of CHARGE.
