Shipping and Delivery
* Covid-19. We are currently sending orders out twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you order and select "Next Day Delivery" the order will be sent on one of these days and you will receive them the following day.
- We ship on a standard 2-4 day service for the UK and also by Next Day Delivery 24 hours (UK only)
- Next Day delivery is by close of business next working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
- Orders received before 2.30 pm on a week day will normally be despatched the same day, subject to stock availability.
- If you require your goods urgently, we recommend that you select our Next Day Delivery service.
- However, orders placed and selected as a "Next Day Delivery" on a Friday will not arrive until Monday, and those placed for next day delivery after 2.30pm on a Friday will not be delivered until Tuesday the following week. We do not offer a Saturday morning delivery service.
Europe - We ship to most countries on a 3-7 days service depending on location
We will do our best to meet the delivery timescales above, but these timescales are only approximate and are not guaranteed. Sometimes a parcel can be late due to reasons that are beyond our control. If your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery time period, please contact us so that we can find out what has happened. We shall have no liability however for any delay in the delivery of products ordered.
If you are ordering more than one item and not all items are currently in stock, your goods may be sent to you in instalments. You will only be charged one Postage & Packing fee, and you will only be charged when goods are despatched.
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen, you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a full refund for the cost of the items returned, provided that the goods are returned to us unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, with any tags/labels intact. Returning Goods to Us
You pay the costs of sending any goods that you are returning back to us for refund or exchange. Simply complete the Returns Form that was included with your goods and return to us using the label provided. We recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office). Since you are responsible for the goods until they arrive back at our warehouse, you may also wish to use a tracked service.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size in the same style, then we will be happy to send the replacement item to you free of Postage and Packing Charges, subject to stock availability and any price adjustment required. If you wish to order additional items, please place a new order for these separately.
Please, please check the size of any shoes that you receive by trying them on. Many of our shoes are supplied in US and/or European sizes which we convert to UK sizes on the basis of years of experience supplying these shoes in the UK marketplace. You should not necessarily pay attention to the size on the packaging or shoe.
Refund of Postage and Packing Charges
If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within fourteen days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will also refund the standard postage and packing charges you paid as part of that order (if any) in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the fourteen days or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have 28 days from receipt to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods). You can cancel your order by simply returning the product(s) back to us.
On very rare occasions, you may feel that the goods you have received are not up to our usual quality standard or have been sent to you in error. In this case, please contact our Customer Service Team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as is reasonably possible, but usually within 28 days of receipt, and we will advise you what to do next. We will either arrange for collection or reimburse you the cost of returning the goods to us. We will then either refund, repair or replace the items in accordance with your statutory rights.
Processing Your Refund
We will process your refund as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We issue refunds via the payment method that you used to place the order only.
