How do I keep the backpack clean?

To keep it looking its best, spot clean with a damp cloth and allow to air dry. Avoid machine washing or abrasive cleaning to protect the finish.

Occassiionaly hoover out the inside to remove any debris.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. You will need to pay the postage to return the item back to us. There is a form on the back of the invoice to complete so we know what you want done with the return.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

We will swap the retuned item for a new size and send it to you at no extra charge. We cant replace the return for a different style.

Or, we can refund you back to your original payment method.

How do I get a refund?

Just post the item you dont want back to us, filling in the form on the back of the invoice that came wirth the goods.

Refunds are processed, back to the orginal method of payment, on the day we receive the goods back into our warehouse.

It can take 2-4 days for the refund to appear in your account. This is the bank's processing time - not ours.

Do I have to pay to send an item back for exchange of refund?

Yes, yodo. However, if youi send an item back for exchange to another sie we will pack it and send it back to you free of charge.

If you send an item back for refund we will refund the full order amount (unless there are defects, dirt or damage caused to the shoe whilst in your possession.)
