Standard shipping normally takes 2-3 days, and all orders are tracked. The tracking number will be added to the order details on your account and you can track it via the Royal Mail's website.
We do not offer a next day service.
International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Refunds are processed on the day we receive the goods back into our warehouse. Depending on your bank, and the day of the week we received the shoes back, it can take 2-4 days for the refund to appear in your account.
