Normally, we would be sending you an e-mail promoting one of our fantastic cheer shoes from Kaepa, Zephz or Nfinity, or be showcasing an accessory or be looking forward to a cheer competition at the weekend - but we all know these are not normal times!
Living Cheer has taken the decision to temporarily close our distribution centre. This decision has been made in the spirit of the UK Government advice regarding essential businesses, in order to protect the welfare of our staff and families, and to alleviate pressure on delivery services so they can focus on the fulfilment of essential goods and services.
As a business we remain logged on remotely, responding to e-mails or FB messages, planning ahead for the future, posting on social media (Facebook and Instagram) and giving our customers reassurance that we will return to normal as quickly as we are allowed to do so.
Any orders that have been placed after 2pm GMT on Monday 30th March will not be dispatched until our warehouse reopens. We are still available to accept orders via the website, however your order will only be shipped as soon as our warehouse reopens.
Please hold on to any items you wish to return as the business cannot accept parcels and we do not wish to place additional burden on postal and delivery services. As our premises are currently closed we are unable to process returns and credits. Due to this we are extending our returns policy and once reopened will accept returns on any orders placed on or after 1st March as long as they comply with the rest of our returns policy which can be found on our website.
